Eligibility
To enter you must:
- Be a UK resident (England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland)
- Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry
- Not be an employee, director, or family member of Fair Game Ltd
- Not be self-excluded from our platform
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any time. Ineligible entries are void and any prizes forfeited.
How to Enter
Competitions can be entered online (paid) or by free post. Both have an equal and identical chance of winning.
Online entry steps:
- Create a free Fair Game account
- Select a competition
- Answer the skill-based question correctly
- Select your number of tickets and complete payment
- Your unique ticket number(s) are emailed instantly and visible in My Account
Each competition has a maximum tickets per person and total ticket cap. These protect the odds for all entrants. Entries are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
Free Postal Entry
Send a postcard or piece of paper (no envelopes) with:
- Your full name
- Your full home address including postcode
- Your date of birth
- Your email address for ticket confirmation
- The competition name you are entering
- The correct answer to the entry question

Entries must be received before the sale close date. One postal entry per person per competition. Illegible, incomplete, or envelope-submitted entries will be void. We cannot return postal entries. A ticket number will be emailed within 5 working days of receipt.
Ticket Prices & Payment
Ticket prices are shown on each competition page in GBP. Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. Fair Game does not store card details.
Purchases are final once confirmed. See Section 9 for refunds. We reserve the right to change prices at any time — changes will not affect entries already purchased.
The Draw
The draw takes place on the advertised date regardless of whether all tickets have been sold. The prize is always awarded.
Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random number generator from all valid entries received before the close date. Every ticket has an equal chance of winning.
Draws are conducted live on Fair Game social media channels. A full entry list (name and ticket number) is published after every draw for complete transparency.
Fair Game may extend a draw date in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure, force majeure). All entrants will be notified by email.
Prizes
The prize is described on each competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, the winner may choose either option within 14 days of being notified.
Prizes are non-transferable. Physical prizes are delivered within 28 days of verification. Cash prizes are paid to a UK bank account within 5 working days.
Fair Game reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable. Images are for illustration purposes only.
Winners
Winners are notified by email within 24 hours of the draw and must respond within 14 days. Failure to respond may result in a re-draw.
Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, and address. By entering, winners agree to their first name, last name initial, and ticket number being published on Fair Game's website and social channels.
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.
Refunds & Cancellations
Ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, except where:
- A competition is cancelled by Fair Game before the draw
- A technical error results in duplicate or incorrect ticket assignment
- A payment is charged but no ticket is issued
If a competition is cancelled, all purchasers receive a full refund within 10 working days. Contact hello@fairgamecompetitions.co.uk with your order details to request a refund in eligible circumstances.
Responsible Play
Fair Game provides the following tools in every account:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly spending limits
- Self-exclusion from 24 hours to permanent
- Account closure with full data deletion
All tools are in My Account → Spending Controls. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the chosen duration.

Charity Donations
Fair Game donates 5% of net profits from every draw to a UK registered charity named on each competition page. Monthly donation figures are published publicly on the Fair Game website.
Accounts & Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. Provide accurate information when registering. Notify us at hello@fairgamecompetitions.co.uk immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Fair Game reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in breach of these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fair Game website is owned by Fair Game Ltd and protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fair Game is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email and the "Last updated" date revised. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
