Data Deletion Request

At Fair Game we respect your right to control your personal data. You can ask us to permanently delete your account and all associated personal information at any time. This page explains exactly how.

Request by email

If you can't sign in — for example you registered using Facebook or Google and no longer have access — email us and we'll handle it manually:

Please send your request from the email address linked to your account, or tell us the name and login method (Facebook, Google, or email) you used, so we can locate your data.

What we delete

• Your account profile (name, email, date of birth, contact details)
• Any data received from Facebook or Google when you signed in (name and email only)
• Your spending controls and preferences

What we may need to keep

Where the law requires it, we retain a limited record of completed competition entries and financial transactions for accounting, tax, and anti-fraud purposes (typically up to 6 years). This data is locked down and used only to meet our legal obligations — never for marketing.

How long it takes

We confirm receipt of your request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been removed.
