Not associated with Meta. These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform. You are providing your information to us, not to them. Any questions, comments or complaints about a promotion must be directed to us, not to the platform it appears on.
Section 2
Free Entry — Always
These are free prize draws. No purchase is necessary, no payment is required, and entering costs nothing. These draws are separate from the paid competitions that will run on this website from launch.
Each draw post sets its own rules. These terms apply to every prize draw we run on social media. The individual draw post states the prize, the entry instructions, the closing date and time, and how the winner or winners will be selected. Where anything in a draw post differs from these terms, the rules in that post take precedence for that draw.
Section 3
How to Enter
Each prize draw runs as a post on our Facebook page (and may also run on Instagram or TikTok). To enter a draw:
- Like the prize draw post; and
- Comment on the post as instructed in it.
One entry per person per draw. Multiple comments do not create additional entries. Entries from fake, duplicate or bot accounts will be removed. Where a bonus entry is offered in the post (for example, for following one of our other social channels or joining our email list), the post will say so clearly — bonus entries are never conditional on sharing or tagging.
The opening and closing date and time for each draw are stated in the post itself. Entries after the closing time will not be counted.

Who Can Enter
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
- Employees of FGCD Ltd and members of their immediate households may not enter.
- One entry per person. Entering on behalf of someone else is not permitted.
Section 5
The Winner
- Winners are selected at random from all valid entries after the closing time. Some draws have more than one winner — the number of winners is stated in the draw post.
- Some draws use a randomly drawn number instead of drawing an entry directly: we generate a number at random using a public random number generator, and the entry or entries matching that number win, as described in the draw post. If no valid entry matches the number drawn, the closest matching entries win; where two entries are equally close, the earliest entry submitted takes precedence. This method is random and every valid entry has an equal chance.
- Winners will be announced on our page and notified by reply and/or private message within 48 hours of the draw.
- A winner must respond to claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If they do not, or if they are found to be ineligible, we may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.
- We will never ask a winner for payment details, passwords, or any fee to release a prize. Beware of fake accounts imitating us — check the account name carefully. We will only ever contact winners from our official page.
Section 6
Prizes
The prize for each draw is described in the draw post. Prizes are as stated, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Where a prize involves a booking or a dated event:
- Overnight stays: the stay is subject to availability and must be booked and taken within the period stated in the draw post. The booking is made in the winner's name. Travel to and from the venue, meals (unless stated), and any extras are the winner's responsibility.
- Fair Game site credit: credit is added to the winner's Fair Game account and can be spent on competition entries at fairgamecompetitions.co.uk. The winner must hold (or create) a Fair Game account in their own name and meet our eligibility requirements — 18 or over and resident in the UK. Site credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and is applied once the account has been verified. Credit is available to spend from our launch date and, unless the draw post says otherwise, must be used within 12 months of being added.
- Event or concert tickets: tickets are for the named event, date and venue stated in the post. Travel and accommodation are the winner's responsibility unless the post says otherwise. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, we will pass on whatever remedy the organiser provides (such as replacement tickets or a refund), but we are not responsible for the cancellation itself.
If a stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Section 7
Your Data
We use the details you provide through the platform (your profile name and your comment) only to run the draw and contact the winner. The winner's first name and last initial may be announced publicly on our page. Our full Privacy Policy applies.
Section 8
General
- By entering, you agree to these terms and to the decisions of the promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the draw.
- We may remove entries that are offensive, unlawful, or that breach these terms or platform rules.
- If a draw must be cancelled, changed or rerun for reasons outside our reasonable control (including action by the platform), we will make a fair and reasonable alternative arrangement.
- These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
